Hi Suzanne! It was especially nice not having to heat up my kitchen now that summer heat has descended upon us! The smoke of the pellet grill even gave the peaches a subtle smoky flavor that was amazing. The next time I make it, I’m going to try it with coconut flour and see how that comes out.
Hi Vanessa! This cobbler was so good it didn’t last long in our house! But typically, a cobbler can be stored in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Tomorrow I’ll be trying a blackberry cobbler but I expect that to go fast as well!
